I don't know how many times I have to learn this lesson before I get it.

Dear everyone,

Running immediately after eating and drinking a beer is a terrible idea. Never do it or you may find yourself waddling down the West Side Highway and plagued by an eruption of tiny burps. It is a most uncomfortable situation and should be avoided at all costs.
