After a few days of just getting by on the running, I finally got a really good workout in. I started with 3 miles on the treadmill (the one I hate) and two of them were at 8 minute/mile pace. Afterward, I did the core workout Chris taught me followed by another two miles on the track. I then did most of the rest of the strength workout Chris gave me and finished with an additional 4 miles on the track. I was there for 3 hours and very proud of myself.
